The room was a good size and clean. The staff were friendly. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to nearby shops and restaurants, close to the beach and the walking street market. Amazing value for money.

The acommodation is good, staff very family friendly, helpful and relaxed. It has everything basic you need for your stay. The location is great between 2 big beaches. They also make breakfast and lunch if you want. Cleaning every day, fresh drinking water. The room is also clean. The size of the room is great. The price is more than great for all of this you get!

Great location, close to everything. The air conditioning works perfectly, the room is quiet, and the balcony offers a lovely garden view. There’s also the option to rent a bike directly from the property, which is very convenient.

Cleanliness Friendly staff Location is absolutely amazing, very close to karon beach and not too far away from kata beach. Also so many restaurants and shops and even the night market is close by. The hotel is inside so it's perfect as you don't get disturbed by the sounds of the street and people. There are plenty of laundries close by as well in case you need to wash and dry some clothes.

It’s a perfect location for couples or families wanting to be close to both beaches and city, yet located on uphill, which makes it much quieter!

Location was very good and we loved the homely Thai style of the bungalow and it had a nice balcony to sit outside on as well :) it was basic but had everything we needed for our short stay and was very good value and clean!

Very good location and excellent value for money. We rented it for a day as our flight was at late night. Very good host came over at 11pm to collect the key. If you are on a budget, worth considering.

Excellent location! A minute walk from the lively streets of Kata yet very quiet and a bit hidden with a lovely little garden in the middle. Kata and Karon beaches are a short walk away. The staff members and the management are amazing people. Very friendly and helpful. My room was excellent. Clean and spacious with a huge bed. Highly recommended! I'm definitely staying here again next year.
