“Comfortable Stay Steps from the Beach with Excellent Hospitality”

Our stay was comfortable, clean, and conveniently close to the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the host was very attentive and helpful throughout our visit. There’s an excellent Italian restaurant located right beneath the hotel, which we really enjoyed. They also provided daily beach towels for our use free of charge. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything and had a wonderful experience.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a cozy atmosphere. The property looks exactly like in the photos. A big plus is the on-site restaurant with a great menu and truly delicious food. The possibility to rent a scooter directly at the property is a huge advantage. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always smiling – we truly felt welcome.

To start with they are Italian & Eddie is a gracious host. Through the vagaries of fate i was comped a superior room. It was just that; nicely decorated, unlimited fot water, balcony, excellent daily cleaning.

The owner Eddy was extremely helpful and always on hand , he made us welcome like his own family . The pizza restaurant part of the hotel was excellent. The shuttle car service to local beaches was very very useful for me and my wife , we are 73 and 72 years of age . The hotel car driver was very helpful, he would drop us off at desired beach and pick us up at arranged time. The hotel is 10- 12 minutes walk to the local Kata beach. Our room had balcony which we used every day.

I don’t think I’ve ever rated anything on Booking.com as 10/10 in all the categories but Casa e Mare really deserves it! It was the perfect place for us to begin our trip in Thailand. We were away from the noise but close enough to walk to 3 different beaches. Our room got upgraded and we got a balcony with a gorgeous lush rainforest view that I’d never get tired of waking up to! The room was clean and cosy and we always had everything we needed. The manager Eddie speaks all the languages and makes you feel extra welcome! All the staff is lovely and welcoming. Location is great for Kata Beach, everything you may need is within 5 minutes walking. Staff is great and supports even when you don't ask. Side services like free beach towel and free transport to beaches are a very nice extra touch.

The hotel is very comfortable and cozy for its price range. The hosts, Eddie and Loretta, are very welcoming and kind. They knew our names when we checked in and addressed us by them throughout our stay, like old friends. This was very touching. The hotel is located right next to Kata Beach, and there's a free shuttle to the beach. Complimentary beach towels are available on the ground floor. The charming Italian restaurant will delight you with its authentic Italian cuisine. There's parking across from the hotel, where you can park even late at night. On the day of our departure, Eddie gave us a complimentary room to wait out the night (our flight was late). We'll definitely be back.

Planned to stay one week and ended up staying two. The location is great: close enough to walk to Kata Beach in a few minutes, yet far enough to avoid beach noise and crowds. 7-Eleven, pharmacies, and many restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The accommodation itself is the highlight. I stayed in both Standard and Superior rooms and both were spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. Reliable hot water, strong AC, kettle, TV, good storage space, stable Wi-Fi, and proper, timely housekeeping. Everything worked as it should, which is surprisingly rare The staff genuinely stand out. Warm, professional, and very accommodating. When my plans changed unexpectedly, they patiently worked with me on room extensions and made the process smooth and stress-free. You feel looked after without anything being overbearing. Having an Italian restaurant downstairs is a plus. Good food and drinks easily accessible after a long day. European-level standards and attention to detail, combined with Italian hospitality and a relaxed Kata setting. Excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was very cozy. The location was a bit away from all the noise of the central street in Kata, which we was an advantage for us. The restaurant downstairs was a salvation when it rained cats and dogs.

I stayed here solo for one week and couldn't be happier. Eddy and the hotel staff welcome you like it's home. They have really nice coffee and food in the restaurant which is great to start your day. It's a nice quiet area with everything you need in the same street (bars/restaurants/shops). Just a 10 minute walk to the beach/ main road in Kata. The room was very spacious and clean, and they clean it daily! Thank you Eddy and all staff for a wonderful stay!
