“It was terrible memories”
The service was terrible. During our 2-night, 3-day stay, the room wasn’t cleaned, and there weren’t enough towels. Even though we requested more, all we got was a promise, but they never delivered. Water was leaking from the air conditioner, and while it was repaired, the bed cover and blanket were not replaced.

“Great holiday accommodation”
Clean and comfortable place, walking distance to kata beach. Loved the private pool and washing machine is also nice. There are nice places to eat nearby the house just around the corner.

The staff were friendly, organised and helpful. I was delayed arriving but the concierge was cheerful and understanding. The rooms are VERY spacious and there is a bathroom sink as well as a separate stainless steel sink outside. The pool was clean and reasonably sized for a private residence. The beach was a 10 minute walk away, but I still recommend renting a scooter to get around.
