Just 50 metres from the beach of Kastraki in Naxos, Sahara Studios offers self-catered accommodation with a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. The host is an absolute sweetheart, super helpful and extremely generous <3 The place is extremely clean and offers everything you need. Keep in mind, Kastraki is beautiful, but remote and completely empty, for me it was what I needed, a small paradise without humans ;)

Nektaria is an amazing host, very attentive and quick to help when there are any issues. The room is very comfortable and clean, the big balcony with the sea view is a huge plus. Great sunset view. The location is great if you want quiet surroundings. The apartment is close to some of the best beaches on the island. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby.

Our stay was exactly as shown in the pictures. The room was very clean, and housekeeping was done daily, which we really appreciated. There was a lovely terrace with a space where you could enjoy breakfast. Just a few minutes away, there’s a beautiful beach with golden sand – perfect for relaxing. Overall, a great experience!

I loved the proximity by foot to the beach, which was the main reason i picked the location. I liked very much how comfortable the bed was and that it was very quiet.

“Quiet and comfortable stay!”
We were looking for a quiet area but not so far away from main attractions and beaches and that's what we found here. Also, you can find bakeries and supermarket near the property like around 1 km far away. The property itself offers all the amenities that you may need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed it a lot as its also really spacious.

The lady who took care of us was really nice, kind and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, very clean (every day cleaning) and nicely decorated. It takes about 25 min from the centre of Naxos but we didn’t mind as we had rented a car but also the beautiful location was really worth it. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back !

“A private hideaway.”
Our apartment was quaint, and exactly what I thought it would be. It had a really nice vibe, and it was clean and quiet. We could prepare some of our own meals, or there is a beach club called the Blue Lagoon a short walk away, as well as a small grocery store. The staff were lovely and very friendly. We were a short walk from the beach, which is absolutely beautiful.

The location was extremely convenient and close to some lovely beaches. There were also some restaurants nearby which were outstanding in terms of quality and value.

“A gem hidden away in the countryside”
The host, Nectaria is a delight. The location is out of the way- just as we had hoped. Quiet, rural and just a minute's walk from a lovely swimming beach. This property served us well as a base to drive around the island but still be able to retreat to quiet of an evening. The kitchen was excellent and after visiting a local store, we opted to cook for ourselves- a real bonus after a month of eating in restaurants, an opportunity to have something simple 'at home'. We highly recommend Nectaria's place not least of all for the chance sleep with doors and windows open to the sounds of the sea by night.
