“Immaculate apartment in Kastoria”

We had a lovely stay in the spacious and luxurious apartment. The apartment is very clean and has a lovely and spacious balcony overlooking the lake. The owners welcomed us very kindly and hospitably. Highly recommended!

“Above excellent”

Beyond any expectations. Specious, and very well equipped for good life and perfect stay. Two large bedrooms, a luxurious and a great kitchen, with all the necessary tools, and wonderful balcony facing the lake which is about 20 meters from the building and a private parking below. Beside all this goodness, wonderful owners, Eleftheria and Ioannis, welcomed us with chocolates, homemade cake and a bottle of good wine, fruits (in addition to the fridge that had fresh milk, eggs and fresh vegetables) and also gave us tips about attractions in the city. Nearby there is a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and mooring for a cruise ship on the lake. We planned to stay in the apartment for only four nights and we wanted to stay more. Thanks to Eleftheria and Ioannis. For sure-we will be back.

“A perfect stay!”

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Voria Paralia Apartment. It is extremely comfortable, clean, with stunning views. The apartment been carefully designed and lots of extras were included, in fact everything that you may need during your stay, a bottle of wine, refreshments, orange juice, eggs, butter, jam, cheese, bread and cake. Giannis and Eleftheria are the perfect hosts! Huge thanks to both of you!

“Lovely apartment in a fascinating town”

A wonderfully comfortable and well equipped apartment with lovely views of the lake. Saw pelicans swim by. Special thanks to our kind and thoughtful hosts. The apartment has everything you could want - comfy beds, lovely linen, good kitchen, large patio, washing machine etc. - and we particularly appreciated the home made welcoming cake, fresh fruits, cheese and breakfast things. We also loved the fact that our hosts met us at the property to show us round. The location was great, we could walk everywhere and the suggested restaurants were just 5 mins away and great. We enjoyed Kastoria as a town, particularly the churches with frescoes, opened for us by staff from the Byzantine museum. Definitely stay here if you can.

Fantastic location very close to everything, exceptional property, very very very comfortable, the owners had everything well thought. They had complimentary food & beverages enough for a couple of light breakfast and snacks. Shampoo & bodywash everything was there ! I had to work during my stay there and the desk, livingroom & and Wi-Fi allowed all that without me disturbing the rest of the group. This was the best stay I ever had anywhere. I am so grateful since they owners had indeed taken care of everything which helped us have a pleasant stay and not worry about anything !! Gianni & Eleftheria thank you so very much!

“Our stay was just too short and we hope to return to Kastoria and to this apartment.”

The apartment's location is excellent, with a lovely view of the lake from the windows and balcony. The main room is very light and the whole apartment is modern, well furnished and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful. It was good to be able to top up the warmth with the air conditioning units early morning and evening as May was unusually cool this year.

“Exceeded all our expectations with regard to comfort, and cleanliness.”

We thought this was cleaner and more comfortable than a 5 star hotel! We overlooked the lake and saw wild birds swimming while we ate breakfast. The old town and newer town were within easy reach on foot. The recommended restaurants were lovely. Really wonderful hospitality and hosts.
