The traditionally built Hotel Nostos is located just 2 kilometres from the beautiful city of Kastoria and 5 kilometres from the airport. Combining tradition with luxury, the hotel is made of wood and stone offering a warm and relaxing environment. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and contain a balcony, air conditioning, a 32" LED TV, and a hairdryer. At the breakfast room, guests can taste a wide variety of homemade dishes, among them traditional pies. Before lunch or dinner, guests can sit next to the bar’s fireplace and enjoy a drink. Hotel Nostos can offer as a great base for those wishing to visit the ski resort of Vitsi, located a 25-minute drive from the hotel. The fact that we arrived late at night and everything was organised so that we reached our room within 2 minutes. Also the lady at the breakfast buffet who was so kind and prepared us fresh omelette and everything else that we might wanted!

After a tough day's cycling from Albania, including being bitten by a mountain dog, this was perfect place to stay. The staff were very helpful, particularly with getting treatment at a local medical centre, and made us and our bicycles very welcome. Comfortable, clean and an excellent breakfast. We couldn't have asked for more.
