Overview
Located in the town of Kastoria, Filoxenia offers elegantly appointed rooms with balconies enjoying panoramic views of the city and the lake. The Byzantine Museum lies within a short walk. Clean and comfortable. Great views from bedroom - faces toward northern side of lake. Parking out front. Met our expectations - nothing to dislike about this place. Small tip - for better restaurants head to the southern side, only a 10 minute walk down the hill to "Old Town" restaurant which was pretty good. In the morning we walked around the peninsula - c.7km level walk. Visited the "Dragons Cave" along the way - very impressive little cave network. Would recommend it if you find yourself in Kastoria.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Everything went smoothly and we had a very pleasant experience overall. We would happily stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

View was amazing, breakfast was also amazing and the staff was very helpful. Very nice location and very close to Kastoria's center. In general it was a very nice and SUPER clean place. The man at the reception was also very helpful and gave us a map and information about where to eat and where to go etc.

“Amazing view”
Room in the attic with a great view of the lake from above. Homemade breakfast. Hotel with a free parking space for your car. Value for money. Walking distance from the doltso square.

Beautiful view, easy to find, they have private parking. Great breakfast, we even over-ate:) the staff is incredibly sweet and kind. Great unique location with view on the lake. We were happy to walk down to the lake and have a drink in one of the bars! Great quiet atmosphere!

I would have gladly stayed an extra night to explore the nearby vineyards if I could. Thank you for the warm hospitality.
