Exceptional. Very suitable for larger groups. It has plenty of space and offers comfort. Very good connections to Split, Trogir and airport. The sea is a 15-20min walking distance. The overall feeling is wonderful. The host was very helpful helping us choose the boat cruise trip. It was gorgeous. These tiny islands around are absolutely stunning. We plan to come back to celebrate my brother's stag party.

“Nice villa, perfect for families travelling together!”
The villa itself is very nice. Every floor has it's own facilities (bathrooms, kitchen, living room, air conditioning, etc.), so this villa is especially perfect for 3 families travelling together. Bathrooms were clean, modern and working properly. Certain rooms even had their own A/C unit. Contact with owner went very well. She will gladly help you with any questions your might have. We were also allowed to check-in early at 11:45 instead of 17:00, free of charge, which was very kind. The outdoors cinema is a nice addition. It was very easy to connect a laptop using HDMI.

Maria is a great host. Helped us with a great advices. The accommodation is very nice and unique. Terrace pool was amazing. We used Uber and taxis for transportation to Split (20min) and Trogir (10min). It is not close to the seaa but nice beaches are in walking distance of 20min. We liked two beachfront restaurants in Kastel Novi very much...They also offer catering service. All in all accommodation deserves great review...
