Super location in Real herittage stylish building but very good room standard , the host very friendly and supportive in all kind of matters. I would come there without any hasittion again.

Beautiful room with instant hot water and powerful shower. Soft mattress and pillows just perfect to feel cosy. Air con in room also. Plenty of toiletries available to use. Their can be noise from near by but as soon as window is closed, you could hear a pin drop it's very quiet. Free onsite parking and private garage parking. Bus stop to split and trojir five minutes walk away to main road. Bus is number 37. Large local Supermarket 15 minutes stroll. The area is so beautiful and safe I walked alleys in pitch dark late at night without any trouble at all. The prom and restaurants are all wonderful. The host Nikša thought of everything and even sent me information for all the places to visit and eat. Nothing was too much checking me in during late evening helping with bags. The lift for luggage is great I used it to bring up my handbag and shopping one evening 😀 Nikša works extremely hard to make everything wonderful. I cannot wait to return. Highly recommend. Some points to note, in the area only petrol station is open after 11.30pm and on Sundays all retailers are closed except for some in larger tourist areas.

I adore people, who managed to convert a period building into a modern comfortable place keeping the historic atmosphere. Our host is such a person! The old kitchen lift is used for luggage delivery! Wow! He was waiting for us late in the evening, showed the parking place. I want to come back and stay longer.

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment! The property is set in a charming old stone house that has been beautifully refurbished, combining authentic character with modern comfort. The room was spotless, with fresh, clean sheets and excellent air conditioning that made the stay extra comfortable. Free parking was a huge bonus, washing machine and dryer, and breakfast which was included at a nearby local restaurant, absolutely delicious and a fantastic way to start the day. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Niksǎ’s hospitality. From arrival to departure, every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and thoughtfulness. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and can only highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The villa was very nice, in the historical area. The room was perfectly clean, bright, dog friendly. The parking was good as we could leave the car in private parking lot. Super welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. There is a nice beach, including one for dogs, with very clean water and good access. Cafes, bars nearby.

Beautiful clean place! Niksa was the most amazing host!! Situated in a beautiful town with good food & drink options and its around a 30 min drive to the centre of split / old town

When you wake up you open the window and see an old castle😁 Apartments are clean and in great condition, everything is renovated, but they kept that feel of old stone house with modern touches like elevator for luggage. Hosts thought of everything so you really have everything you need in the room and they are there if you need anything in room or you need advice where to go and what to see. Split and Trogir are also close.

Heritage Villa Vitturi has a perfect location in the middle of Kastela and just few steps to the sea. The room has all amenities needed for the guests to have comfortable stay, even the minibar was filled with complimentary drinks. The breakfast at B-Cool Beach Bar was so tasty and with an astonishing view of the sea in the morning. What gives an extra value to the place is the amazing host Niksha. He came to pick up us from the airport and he also drove us back to the airport at the end, which we indeed appreciated. He provided us with the list of places to visit and good restaurants in the wider area and was always available for us. Thank you again Niksha and hope to see you again soon!

The villa is right opposite to the best kept castle in the area. The host came to pick us up from the airport, twice, as we had 6 people in total. He and his wife also drove us back to the airport at the end. This was super helpful. The host gave us 1 set of bus tickets to begin with to get us going into Split. That was super helpful. The host also gave us lists of places and restaurants to visit.

Staying in Vila Vitturi is like 'staying at home away from home'. The rooms are newly and stylish renovated. There is a lift for luggage so that there is no need of carrying. The available private parking is well organised with key card. Nik is a fantastic and welcoming host. There is a laundry room available for usage.

i like the rooms..they are spacious, clean ..wifi is excellent, able to work well, the host is very accomodating and kind.. he gave us all the info we needed to go around kastela..trogir and split .. would highly recommend and definitely go back again...
