“Lovely Kastela Gomilica”

The apartment was lovely all new modern and clean. The decor and furnishings bright clean and welcoming. The host and her grand daughter who spoke English were warm and very friendly and tried to help us find somewhere to eat as we arrived after dark and most eating places were closed.

Awesome stay! The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. What really stood out was how helpful and kind the host was — always quick to respond and happy to assist with anything we needed. Made the whole experience super smooth.

We are very, very satisfied with our stay! The owners are absolutely wonderful – kind, helpful, and welcoming. The location is perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. “Great apartment from welcoming hosts”

My parents stayed at the apartment from June 6 to 12. They really liked everything, very convenient location, there is a bakery nearby, supermarkets, city beach within five minutes. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, everything that you need is out there! The owners are very nice and friendly! Thank you!!! Definitely will come again.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the host was very caring! The location was perfect, and it was easy to move around with own car - also bus and train stops are near. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great apartment,all was perfect

We were welcomed by our host upon arrival, the time was discussed beforehand by message. She was very friendly, we felt very welcome. The appartment was clean and had all comfort (even washing machine and dishwasher, including the detergent). Important for us: the windows could be darkened to sleep with roll up exterior blinds, this was well appreciated, as well as the fact that the apartment is in a very quiet and safe neigbourhood. Maja left us all kinds of treats in the appartment, even ice cream for the children, and was easy to reach through whatsapp. Being able to park right at the appartment is very convenient. There is a good bakery just one minute walk away and large grocery stores in less than 5 minute drive away.

“Great place for stay, spacious and with a super nice host”

The apartment is very spacious, neat and tidy, had everything needed for a stay. The host Maja was just amazing- very friendly, helpful and incredibly pleasant to deal with 🤗 The only small thing that could be improved - humidity which may lead to mold in winter months. Maybe with better heating and dehumidifier this can be easily improved.

Very comfortable and lovely welcome package. Maja greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome.

Amazing apartment, 15 min driving from Split, very quiet area, very good location. Lidl or other supermarket from 5min driving. Apartment big, clean and tidy, very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped,with coffee machine, very important for breakfast. Car park avalaible. Beach very close. 5 stars for everything. we loved it.

The apartment is very nice, neat, tastefully furnished, fully equipped with kitchen utensils, there is everything from A to Z and even more. Many thanks to the hosts for the snacks and drinks. The place is quite convenient without a car. It is convenient to arrive from the airport by bus, as well as to go to Split or Trogir by bus from here. 5-7 minutes on foot to a larger shopping center. 7-9 minutes on foot to the beach.

Staying at Batinic Apartments was a truly great experience. The apartment was tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. Apartment was very well maintained, and decorated with attention to detail. Warm and welcoming hosts ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, their hospitality was exceptional. We hope to visit again.
