Apartment is really nice. There is a cosy garden and big balcony. Owner is helpful and kind.

Very comfortable. Bathroom and bed nice setting making it a pleasant stay. The air conditioner was so nice with it being very warm on our time here. Car parking very easy and lots of room. Easy place to stay as close to supermarket, restaurants, water front and many places to go to.

It was the best place in years. Kind staff. All you need in a room. Fantastic facilities. Good price. Quiet and easy access. I've been with my son and it was so comfortable. The owners give us fruits and vegetables from their land. Everything incredible. Highly recommend if you want to be treated at the most warm way ever.

The best place if you need closer to airport, or good location for small villages, and beach.

“5 days in Kastel Stari”

Owner is really kind and helpful. It is halfway from the train station and the sea. The room was nice and clean. The garden is cute. And there are some cute cats. We loved to stay there. :)

“Lovely short break”

Marijana is very lovely, genuine and helpful host! Nothing seemed to be any hassle to her even before we arrived. It was cloudy when we arrived and her smile just brightened up our day instantly 🌞🌞🌞🌞 Airport is only 7 minutes drive away. Nearest shop about the same. We recommend to hire a car (Uni Rental) to explore and you get to see the beautiful scenery and gorgeous crystal clear water beaches. Apartment 3 is spacious and super clean with massive and comfy bed, air conditioning brilliant and outdoor shutters to block the sun. Outside garden is beautiful too. We would definitely come back! 👍

“Near the higway”

The room and the bathroom did not have any windows, it was 1 meter from the highway and the room had poor noise insulation. The host knew that and offered complementary earplugs, quite useless because it was really hard to sleep during the night because of the car noises. The shower was leaking, that means that the flor was always wet. Outside the ‘door’ there was a really bad small, like wet dog (and no, I’m not referring to the sulphuric smell that you can find in the area because of the natural presence of sulphur in the split area). We tried to ask a couple of question to the host, but she could not find an answer to the first one (it would only take 2 seconds for her to check on a local website that we could not understand) and gave us very vague informations about the second one. A big not to go. We decided to leave 1 day before because of all this. The area around split is nice, but not if you stay in kristal apartments nor the similar places.

Staff was nice. We got fresh fruits and vegetables from owner. Air condition in our room worked well. There is really nice grill place but sadly it is little bit to loud to chill.
