“Grate place with amazing host”
If you're looking for a place where you can just relax, have a very kind and helpful host and lots of conveniences this is a perfect place for you! Just a few steps away from the beach, you are having an apartment with very comfortable beds, a chilling area with a huge TV, a nice patio with a big table, and nice chairs. Oh, and one thing that is missing in many places, but not here - closets! There are plenty of places where you can store your clothes and other things! We loved this place and will for sure have it in mind when coming back to Kastela. ps. On top of that, our host - Ivan, was so kind to pick us up from the airport and take us there when we were living. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend an amazing time in Kastel Luksic 😀

“Perfect and pleasant 1 night stay.”
Whole apartment was spacious and very clean, and was equipped with all you need in house and kitchen. The host was extremely welcoming. Neighbourgood is quiet and close to beach. We stayed only 1 night, but would recommend anyone to stay for more days.

The apartment is modern and spacious and has everything you need. The host is super helpful and gave us a lot of information on things to do and places to eat etc. He was always available on WhatsApp with any questions we needed answers to and I can’t recommend the place highly enough!

The owner was very friendly. Cold drinks were waiting for us in the refrigerator upon arrival, which was very useful in hot weather. Ivan gave many recommendations for nearby interesting places, shops and restaurants. The apartments are located close to the sea and the good beach. A shop and café are a 5-minute walk from the apartments. Perfect cleanliness, everything you need and even more. Thank you very much Ivan! I hope that we will come to this wonderful place again someday ❤️

“Best stay ever!”
The property was neat, 3 min walk to the beach, the owner was friendly(he made us fish for dinner - it was absolutely delicious!). He even gave us instructions of places to visit nearby, he was super nice. We had a lot of fun.

“A perfect apartment for a family holiday”
Apartments Ivan was a perfect self-catering choice for our family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our five-day stay. The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, a local park, and a supermarket. Our host, Mr. Ivan, was exceptional—always happy to help and provided a wealth of information upon our arrival. He kindly picked us up from Split airport and dropped us off for our return flight. His caring nature ensured we were happy throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean, fully furnished, and equipped with air conditioning. We highly recommend Apartments Ivan for anyone looking for a family holiday in a peaceful environment.
