“Comfy and the cleanest apartement with good energy!”

I was there with my mother and we both liked the colours and design of apartement, it relaxes you immedietely and brings smile. And so clean everything. All you need, also coffee and pekara nearby😋 The nicest “thing” - owners😀

The Host is very nice and kind Lady. She will meet you with a smile and is very flexible with request. The apartment is very nice and clean, it matches the pictures provided. The facilities are top notch and everything is readily available. The location is perfect, it is close to the airport, the beach is 5 mins walk from the main road and you'll get a nice view of Dalmatian mountains from your front doors. Also there are lots of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurant and pizzerias nearby.

“Fabulous”

We arrived around 9:00 PM, and despite the late hour, the elderly couple who owns the property warmly welcomed us. They kindly handed us the keys, gave us a tour of the apartment, and even offered recommendations for nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment itself is in excellent condition—modern, well-maintained, and luxurious. Conveniently located on the main road, it’s just 50 meters from the nearest bus stop. You can reach Split Airport by bus in 15 minutes and the city center in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend this apartment for those who want to save money on accommodation while avoiding the high costs of staying in the city center. It's perfect for travelers who don’t mind a bit of extra travel time to reach the heart of Split.

Apartment is very nice, perfectly equipped and very clean. It is very good located, 4-5 min walk from Mala Punta Beach. Very close to shops, bar, restaurants and bus stops that you can take to Split and Trogir. The communication with host is only by the translate apps. Hosts are very nice and helpful.
