“Geweldig verblijf”

We had a wonderful stay! From the very first moment, we were warmly and kindly welcomed. Communication beforehand was smooth and clear, and upon arrival, everything immediately felt familiar. The place was very clean, and everything was well explained in advance. The father of the owner (who was very friendly and attentive) stopped by occasionally to top up the pool and even gave us a ride to a local supermarket on the first day so we could get food and drinks. Throughout our stay, communication remained good. We had a great time!

“Excellent”

The villa was very good. My friends and I had an amazing time there for seven days. The pool is a perfect size. The water was great. Enough sunbeds for all of us. The outside area was spacious with a barbecue which we used twice during our stay. Also there are multiple places to hang out during the day and night. The inside parts were very clean and nice to look at. We had enough sleeping spaces for our group. There is also a big supermarket near by that we used almost daily. There is no disturbance around the property. Also the service from the owner was very good. Communication was great and very clear. Overal experience was very good. Probably our best experience in terms of vacation with our group.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! The host is incredibly kind and helpful – you can truly count on him in any situation, and it was the first time I have ever met such a genuinely polite and attentive person renting a place. A big highlight is the private pool, which we had all to ourselves, making the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The location is also great – peaceful and quiet, yet getting to the center of Split is quick and affordable (taxis don’t cost much at all). I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

The Villa was amazing and perfect for a group of friends or family. Firstly, the private pool had a shaded area with lovely comfortable furniture which was perfect for relaxing in the sun. The living quarters came equipped with two kitchens with everything you need and the beds were very comfortable.

Spent few days at Villa Ana on our tour of the area. Great location in the middle of touristic sites. Clean and fully equipped only missing is a micro wave which we didn't need as there is a great konoba not far. The pool was appreciated but the real bonus is the owners, genuinely friendly and helpful.

The host Ante, is available 24/7 for any wants/needs. Area is beautiful and the property has great pool area that is perfect for groups/families. I have stayed in multiple villas in the past and this villa is right up there! I could not recommend this Villa any more highly. The stay was perfect from start to finish. The aircon was best that I have seen abroad, kept indoors cool which was great with the croatian sun.

Came here for my Hen celebration. The villa was conveniently located between Split city centre and Trogir, making it easy to explore both. The property was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Ante, the host, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. His parents were so lovely and accommodating, even offering to take us to the grocery store the next morning since everything was closed on the day we arrived due to bank holiday. We truly appreciated their hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you for everything—would love to come back again!

Very well organized and beautiful apartments with exceptional pool, close to super market and beaches. The apartment is suitable for nine people in total rooms are Partly equipped with Air condition. The owners father is Croatian legend💪🏽

“Fantastic”

The property is spacious, contains great facilities for cooking and storing food, clothes etc. Plenty of space in and around the pool for groups of guests. The host Ante is a great guy who communicates very well with his guests and will offer a helping hand with local knowledge. Ante and his father keep the pool very clean and drop by (with notice) to keep it that way. Overall the house is great and the host is extremely friendly and good fun

It is a really big villa, with a beautiful pool and chill area! The home was really clean as well.

“Great Host and chilled location.”

We loved the pool area and outdoor space and it was all very clean. Ante and his family were so helpful, picking us up from the airport and taking us to do a food shop. The local uber are great and on average €15-20 during the day and €30 at night. Really easy to book and location always found. Downstairs apartments very clean and modern. Really lovely for our group and a great family. I wish them all the best and hope to book again.

“Exceptional”

The Villa was so nice and clean. The pool was lovely, and all of the rooms were air conditioned and very comfortable. There were good facilities: good wifi, air conditioning, 2 kitchens, an oven, 2 showers and a really nice outdoor seating area. The Villa is in a quiet area, with one supermarket nearby. It also has great views of the city and mountains. The host Ante was so welcoming and friendly, he even picked us from the train station and dropped us to the villa. He was always available for any questions we had, and was just a really nice person. We have been travelling for 3 weeks in many different countries, and Villa Ana was by far our favourite spot of them all! Recommend it 100%

“We really liked our stay. The house is very clean and all facilities are good. It is in an easy-going neighbourhood, but nearby all the things you can do around Split. Would book it again if I go back to Split.
