Philipine was a friendly, attentive host. Nothing was too much trouble. The rustic cabin was very clean and suited us perfectly. Great location for Kaslo, 15 minutes walk by the lakeshore

I loved to stay at this property and enjoy coffee on the deck in the middle of nature. The walk to Kaslo was very nice. We did not need the car to explore Kaslo. The owner was fantastic and told us about hiking trails and waterfalls. We did the River and Strawberry ridge hike (beautiful views) and drove to Fletcher falls. Everythibg was perfect.

“A beautiful lodge”

A beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped lodge in a very tranquil setting, close enough to walk into town along the river. Welcomed by Joel, Philipine and their beautiful pet, Zona who were gracious, friendly hosts, we loved our 2 days stay at Sunny Bluff Chalets. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting the pretty town of Kaslo. Thank you Joel and Philipine for your hospitality 😊

It was a nice quiet location, close to town. Much more affordable than others close to it but not a dump. Cute little cabin that was very clean with a full kitchen. Coffee was delicious!!

Charming, and lots of birds! Hosts are very helpful and friendly. Fully functioning kitchen, although you'll want to bring your own spatulas and mixing spoons, and your own skillet if choosy. Fans in living room and bedroom. Plenty of hot water. Cute little porch to sit on.

We love the chalet. It was very well equipped with kitchen ware and it was clean. Very comfortable and the host was very friendly and helpful!

The property is very well maintained. The scenery is great. The chalet has a rustic feel, but very updated. The hosts are great people and very considerate and helpful. We Will definitely stay again.

The cottages were rustic but equipped with everything. I slept like a log. The front porch was nice to sit on at the end of the day. Literally a short walk down the hill to the beach. The property was beautiful. Full of flowers and trees. Philipine, the hostess was always around if we needed anything....but we didn't. The sheets and towels come straight off the line. We'll be going back!
