Great location, easy to find, staff were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast is included so one less stress about thinking what to get!

Near by the airport which is just 1 station away and the best is they provide shuttle van.

Location 20mins walk from Rinku Town station, near the outlet shopping centre. Free shuttle in the morning to Rinku Town Station, but not to the airport. Carpet looks a bit old but they provide slippers. Bedding seemed clean.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, the staff were very friendly and polite, and it offers a shuttle bus to the airport.

Staff at the hotel were super friendly and Nishima made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was a nice addition to the experience as was the shuttle to the station. Very good value for money!

Quiet, clean, basic room, if not a little spartan ... but with everything you need to keep you off the street on your first night in Japan. There is a convenience store nearby (two, actually) and a Nissan car dealer if you're planning on buying a car (haha.) The breakfast was sensational; a good and hearty selection of tasty food available, truly great value for the price and open at civilised times. The hotel is a bit of a hike from Rinku Town Station, not recommended to walk if you have luggage. Do yourself a favour and get a taxi. However ... right across the road there is a most unusual and interesting beach, covered in large, smooth, white pebbles, looks kind of like an alien shore on another planet. There is a lovely walking path along the beach that will take you most of the way back to Rinku Town Station, or ... if you like taking a morning jog, the location is fabulous with a view across the ocean to the Kansai International Airport.

Very convenient location for the airport and low price. Early check-in is possible, which is great.

Bed was very comfortable, included shuttle bus service was very appreciated and staff were very nice.

Nobody speaked English. Luckily google translate saved the situation. We were leaving early in the and for start they wanted us to walk to the train station 1,2km with suitcases and said no taxi comes before 5:30 but after almost 1 hour of trying they booked one for 5:00. In the room was very warm as AC was off and so was the fridge. Bathroom was smelling after cigarettes🤢 and breakfast included in price was served from 6:00 so we had to leave hungry🥴

The staff was just excellent with questions and help. The location to the airport made it very convenient for our last night in Japan.

“Convenient one night stay after a late flight”

The beds were firm and comfortable and the hotel was relatively close to the airport - however the cab was quite expensive (42,000 yen) due to airport and bridge charges. There was a free transfer to the nearest train station (1 mile away) on check-out where trains departed for Osaka and Kyoto. Breakfast was included and was a great way to introduce us to Japanese food.
