The amazingly close proximity to the arrivals at Kansai.. perfect after a long flight. Welcomed so politely. Everything squeaky clean. Amazing value for a short over night stay.

“Felt like a much needed spa rest night!”
Loved the lovely people at reception who helped with questions about both the stay and the airport, quiet environment (granted I went when not all rooms were full), bed was a great size with suitable counter space/hangers/outlets, large onsen was a big unexpected bonus, overall felt much like a spa rest night!

What I liked about this stay was how convenient it is to be able to sleep directly at the airport for a reasonable price, it’s extremely practical, especially for early flights or long layovers. For a capsule hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the space inside the bed, which felt quite large and comfortable compared to what you might expect.

“Great”
It was very clean and had very good ventilation. Cabins are spacious and feel private. I felt very safe as a female solo traveler. The staff were very polite and friendly, also they gave very clear instructions on how to use the property.
