“comfortable and convenient”
great spot, didn't realise we would be able to see Fuji san from so far away, but overall enjoyed the accommodation. it is not much of a tourist area but we were treated well.

Great hotel! I especially enjoyed the breakfast it was varied, delicious, and very nutritious. The hotel is clean everywhere, and you can tell they really take good care of the place. The staff is incredibly polite and always ready to help with anything you need, i guess its typical for Japanese people. I also appreciated the convenience of having a shop on the ground floor very handy. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

“I’m extremely upset, disappointed, angry and sad that this has happened.”
With regards to the room, what is really upsetting is the fact that if I hadn’t complained, the hotel, the staff the cleaners and the owners etc , would have found it perfectly acceptable for guests to have stayed in such circumstances of uncleanliness and unhygienic conditions.

“Excellent stay”
The room is excellent with generous size. They also have a microwave and coffee machine inside the room. The breakfast is excellent too, the foods are so fresh and have sufficient variety for city hotel.

“Very comfortable stay with a great sauna/hot bath”
Had a sauna & hot bath downstairs which was great. Convenience Store attached to the hotel & the room was big enough for two people. Close to a big shopping centre

We like hotel parking but not good for pay every day normal all other is free include hotel but here we have to pay every day. All other is hotel perfect and good near shopping mall and station.

The room is spacious which looks like an apartment with kitchen and washing machine. It is located next to Lalaport.

“Staff was very efficient. Breakfast menu was a bit different which we enjoyed.”
Open street on site parking was very convenient. Convenient store Lawson is located just next to hotel lobby. Check-in and check-out were fast & easy. Quiet at night which is what we like.

The location of the Hotel is very good for Shoppers. The setting of the room is clear and tidy. The Laundry arrangement is very good with reasonable charges.
