“Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.”
The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to the train station, tourist information centre, and a mid-sized shopping mall with a fantastic food hall offering a wide variety of options. The lobby and reception are located on a high floor with full glass windows, providing stunning panoramic views of the town and surrounding mountains. Breakfast is served on the same floor next to the lobby, so you can enjoy your meal while taking in the beautiful scenery. The spread features a lovely selection of local produce, which we really enjoy. Rooms and facilities looks new. We also found the luggage storage service extremely convenient. We were able to leave our bags while we visited Hasedera Temple, and when we returned to check in, our luggage had already been placed in our room—such a thoughtful service.

it's very conveniently located. the bus from Shinjuku Tokyo stops right outside at Yagi station. staff are polite. the hot baths and sauna on 10F are great place to just relax, i even went in there again after my check out (for an extra fee)!~

“Off the track, great place to rest.”
Great spacious room with a little sofa place right by the big window. Nice sunset view. It was spotless clean and had a very comfortable bed. Loved the Onsen on top with a rooftop view.

As usual for Candeo hotels the location is the best possible and the quality standards are very high/value for price is great. We could rent a car and visit the surroundings very easily including Koyasan.

“Worth a stay and good value”
The 10th floor onsen. Normally the soaps are super cheap.but these ones had an amazing aroma. Even the snack food at the hotel reception was pretty good. Better than the local convenience stores!
