Even though we booked at the last minute due to the unexpected cancellation of our reservation at another property, the Kazinga staff contacted us immediately, telling us they didn't have any rooms for the first night. They offered to put us in a nearby property just for the night, assuring us that they would take us back to their property for the second night. And so it was. Everything else was fine, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and we really appreciated the hot, open-air shower with a nice jet of water, which was very welcome after a day on safari.

“An amazing stay and experience, its sad that we had to stay for only one night.”
I liked that everything at the camp was all natural and eco friendly, waking up to the sight of buffaloes...... the oneness with nature stood out for me, a great deal attention was paid to detail, friendly staff. simply Amazing

“Nice Place with some potential!”
Awesome location where elefants, hippos and others come near and you can see wildlife from the lodge. Food is really good and plenty! Outdoor showers are great and Wifi is ok. Staff is a little shy but engaged and there is a guide to your room in darkness, to not confront with hippos or others.

“Safari camp where animals and local villagers meet!”
A lovely safari camp next to the Kazinga Canal and bordering the village. We had a wonderful opportunity to watch the village final football match and meet the villagers! At night the animals are very close and you can hear them all around! We had a herd of elephants right behind our tent and were loudly feasting on the bushes! A great, unsettling experience!

Beautiful true Safari! The hotel is located right on the edge of the park. There are animals walking in front of the restaurant - elephants, buffaloes, etc., and at night we were visited by hippos and hyenas. The accommodation is clean and thanks to the canvas walls you are directly connected to nature. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great location for touring QENP and Kazinga Channel. Basic but clean. Local guide suggested by property was wonderful. Food was also great.

“In the heart of the park”
Great location, just near 2 Park Entrances. It was a bit ( too ) quiet, since we were the only guests. The bungalow are great, spacious, light and a superb outside-shower.

“Great value for money in great location surrounded my wildlife”
Amazing location with Hippos grassing at night next to your cottage - never forgettable memories. Loads of wildlife in and around the lodge. Dinner was a good quality 3 course local buffet which has to be paid extra as well as breakfast. Cottages are very spacious

“Great place to stay for a night at Queen Elizabeth!”
Nice locally owned place very conveniently located next to Kazinga Channel. We arrived a bit later than planned and the owner was very helpful in arranging a last minute community boat cruise for us. Loved the outdoor shower and lemongrass tea!
