“Would definitley stay there again”
Breakfast was sort of OK. Quite basic Staff were excellent . The owner even better. Shuttled us to at no expense to our cruise on the Chobe river

I did not like anything because we actually never got to stay here. When we arrived we were told all rooms were fully booked after we had confirmed several times if our booking was confirmed. They then said they'd take us to another guesthouse which wasn't our liking for the night and told us we had to look for accommodation somewhere else the next day. It was an awful experience since we arrived late around 8pm.

I did not like it when they gave away my booked room because I had not payed up front. Previous week I had made an inquiry as to whether I should pay and they assured me that, it's not necessary and my booking is secure, only for me to arrive at the facility and find it gone.
