“CANCELLED RESERVATION IMMIDIATELY,PLACE WAS NOT CAPTIVATING”
Hard to find the place, lack of road signs for directions to the place, Hosts lacked hospitality, not a clean environment. If booking is non refundable, Allow your guests to change booking dates.

Not enough crockery, cutlery, no hot water, not toilet rolls, kept having to ask the host for things.

Staff were very friendly and cooperative. Their attitude was positive. They also made good suggestions as regards to and arranging tour and tour guides etc.
