Wonderful stay with outstanding staff, especially Nora and Sega! The absolute highlight of our trip was exploring Chobe. Extra praise to Mr Chief for driving us around and showing us all the amazing spots on land, and thanks to our incredible boat driver for an good experience out on the water. Great place to organise activities and the staff were extra friendly and attentive. The grounds (pool, gardens, chill out area etc) were great and there’s even a kitchen where you can prepare your own tea etc.

Chedu at reception is superb..help you in every way very pleasant and smiling.. food cooked by Naledi is delicious expecially chicken and beef ..all staff are very friendly..

Everything was great! We got so welcomed by the staff, shout out to Chedu and the women who works there! We love you. The tents are super cozy but ask for a blanket because the nights get cold. Bathrooms and showers are fresh and it’s nice designed. Shared kitchen and tap water is drinkable. More than affordable! We wanted to stay longer but it was full booked. Overall great experience and good vibes!

The hostel is in a good position, there's lots of greenery and the shared facilities, included the pool, are well kept. The staff is very friendly, and they will help you organise great activities such as river cruises, Vic Falls day tours, and transportation to various points around the area.

Nice location to explore Chobe , clean and interesting cottage rooms. The lady staff organized for us boat ride and Game drive. Chieff -the Game driver was perfect with explanation about animals and he did the transfer of us to Zimbabwe boarder. Thank you guys!

“Fantastic”

Fantastic. The place is lovely. We upgraded our room to a very comfortable one for not much more money. The trips to Victoria Falls and the game drive options they offer are far cheaper than anything you'll find online and they were fantastic. A small little group and great guides that went out of their way to find us animals. The staff were fantastic and so friendly. Chedu was a gem! She was a lovely calming presence. Give her a raise 😛

The atmosphere of truly being part of a family through Ubuntu. Naledi genuinely embraced me and supported me, even during moments of need and conflict. She is an amazing soul. The way she facilitates, cooks, and cares for everyone is incredible—she is deeply valued by all. A mother, a caregiver, and truly a sister from another mother.

My stay here was truly love in action. I found not just a place to stay, but a new family—people who embraced me as a brother, an uncle, a madala, a nephew, and above all, with love. I leave filled with appreciation, gratitude, and love. I loved the beautiful, peaceful energy of the guests, especially the gentle and respectful spirit shared by the Asian visitors.
