“Best place to stay in Chobe”

Lodge is on the banks of the Chobe River with views of the Caprivi Strip. Beautiful gardens, exciting activities one can undertake, great food and friendly staff.

“Very well located hotel with amazing safaris”

We loved the views and the safaris. The safaris are very well organized (good cars, super friendly staff and they leave the hotel very early, so you can see more animals). Everything is clean and the beds are really comfortable. I really loved that they have lovely monkeys in the green areas.

Easy access to the marina and boats. We stayed in #61 second floor and the room was nice but a bit tired and worn for the price charged. Living room with mini fridge, instant coffe, sofa, chair and table with 4 chairs, sliding door to balcony looking at the river. Bedroom had a nice big bug net, with sliding door to same balcony, with 2 chairs and a little table. The grounds have a big nice rain forest in the middle, bar with snacks and good deck to view the river, we hung out there most of the time. Pool and bar with big deck for buffet bbqs. Restaurant upstairs for dinner. All a little worn out from time but all working fine still. Great spa and activity desk that provides great services. The game drives and river drives were fabulous Chobe national park is beautiful land and river!

Although the rooms and location are absolutely stunning, the rate per night is exceptionally high for Kasane. Meals at the restaurant were exceptionally highly priced as well. Restaurant - the food received at the restaurant was poor, orders were mixed up or totally incorrect. It really spoilt the stay.

Honestly the staff were top tier. Absolutely loved the way they interact with guests. The bedroom was comfortable and the views stunning. Access to taxis and activities was really great

We had an amazing time at the lodge. Perfect location, beautiful rooms and hotel grounds. We loved all the animals and critters roaming around 🤩 Special shout out to the chef Mike who went above and beyond to cater for us vegans. We truly appreciate him and all the restaurant staff. All the staff in general was amazing, genuinely nice and friendly. It made us feel at home and we could not have asked for a better time in Chobe.

Very clean

Chobe Marina is a perfect stay for Kasane. Staff is friendly and helpful if needed. Breakfsat and dinner as a buffet option is great. People who dont like monkeys and warthogs should avoid this place. Usually the animals dont care but they are pretty close sometimes.

View, location, staff, lodge... Everything was soo good

Amazing place, beautiful room in front of the Chobe river. Service was good, great breakfast buffet! My baby boy made his first step there!

The hotel is in the heart of Kasane on the river with wonderful sunset views. The rooms, bars and dining were very good and the staff were exceptional It was easy to arrange game drives, river cruises and cultural tours - all of which we experienced, creating unforgettable memories

“This was the 4th time we visited the Chobe River area but there were some disappointments”

The location on the river was very good. The boat cruises were very enjoyable, although the river became crowded with the number of boats. The lodge has an opportunity to make this a great venue

We spent all together 3 nights there, had room 18 on the 2nd floor with view on Chobe river. We liked the calmness there. From our balcony we could watch some nice warthogs running around. Everything at Chobe Marina was perfect. So we enjoyed our stay very much and we will come back. Two things we want to mention specifically: The trainee in the restaurant was particularly warm and helpful, always had a smile in his face ... and also the staff at the reception did also make a great job.
