The owner is super friendly and helpful, they offered to give us a ride to the train station. We also came during snowfall, so the area around the hotel is very pretty with the snow 🤍

“Welcoming host and comfortable stay!”
The hospitality of the owners went above and beyond what we expected! The owner Michiyo and her brother Shimada were very kind, welcoming and helpful during our stay. The location was great for us wanting to snowboard at Karuizawa and was close enough to restaurants, shopping and the main train station

We would like to thank the lady owner for being super helpful! We got into an accident and she helped us call the local police and file a report with the insurance company,, can't thank her enough! Hotel might be small but it's clean and very comfortable!

“Comfortable stay”
Had a comfortable stay here. The owner was very helpful and kind. They even dropped us off at the railway station on our last day. This place is located near 7-11 prince street, it is very convenient to buy food. The phone network is not good in the area, so if you order food online, please make sure to mention your room number or wait downstairs to receive the delivery.

The owner and staff were super friendly and let me check-in earlier because I was so exhausted from walking for a few hours. Their english was great but they were happy that I learned some Japanese 😁 The rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable.
