It was very tranquil and relaxing. Check in was easy and there was free parking for their guest. Shared shower facilities were good, it was a great cultural experience. Room was spacious as well.

“Love the atmosphere, the setup & the design of the place. It was a great experience!”
LOVE the design and the setup of the place. It was really an oasis. Very comfortable, quiet. Really suitable if you're looking for a getaway or a relaxing time. Everything was very clean. The amenities were great. Easy check-in and access.

A wonderful experience! I left my shoes there, and the staff sent them back to Taiwan without charging delivery fee. It really amazed me! IKOI is clean and nice. there are small yummy breads as optional breakfast. If you come in November, you can see the most wonderful scene on the balcony. I will stay at Ikoi again if i come to karuizawa in the future.

Clean, nice and peacefull place among trees in calm part of Karuizawa. Games and toys for kids are available, which was great. Instead of bathroom, hotel has tiny onsen which we also all loved

Lovely hotel with a very peaceful atmosphere. Very kind and helpful staff. The bathroom was clean with a steaming hot pool of water to soak in after a days walk in the snow. The room was spacious and had a balcony. I would highly recommend this place.

“Lovely stay for a group of friends”
We stayed here with another couple in a 4 person Japanese room. It was incredible. The facilities were so clean, the room was very large and had a great big window. The staff working were very friendly and helpful. We were so impressed with our stay here. The photos do not do it justice. Very great value, highly recommend.

“Great place to stay for a while”
It's beautiful, feels luxurious yet close to nature. A 10 minute walk from a modern path towards the bird sanctuary and hiking trails towards several waterfalls. The room was large and clean. The womans bath was pleasant, but the men's seemed to have a leakage.

“Unforgettable moments”
Staff can speak english and eventhough we checj-in late, he gave a warmth-welcoming. In fact, He gave us suggestion on a very nice fruit picking place at Komoro. The place was extremely beautiful and hughly recommended to others.
