The hotel is easy to be located, only takes 5-10 mins walk from Karuizawa Station. There are three convenient stores near by. So it’s easy to buy food when hungry. Hotel with shuttle van to Karuizawa station and ski centre, But be swear of the stop by time. Staff there are very very nice and helpful, and the hotel room is clean. Highly recommended. The hotel only offer breakfast, no restaurant for lunch and dinner, so guest has to eat out, but there are lots of restaurants near by.

“Clean hotel, simple breakfast and spacious rooms.”
The breakfast was simple, consisted of bread and jam for western style breakfast and rice with egg and sausage available as well. The location was near to Karuizawa JR station about 10 minutes by walking. The hotel does provide a shuttle to the main ski center, however, the bus does not stop at Prince hotel east and west wing where the lessons are usually conducted so that made transport more inconvenient.

（We are from Taiwan) The room layout, including the tatami area, was spacious and well-suited for a family of four. It was clean, with no unpleasant odors or cigarette smell. The location is convenient. Even in snowy conditions, Kumoba Pond is only a 15–20 minute walk away. The hotel is also close to Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza, making it easy to return by car after shopping. Breakfast is included. While simple, it is sufficient and satisfying. The hotel provides toiletries and bath powder, which is a thoughtful touch. Complimentary parking is available on site, so there is no need to look for external parking or pay additional fees.

Very clean and cossy, all the staff are helpful.The free shuttle service to train station and the ski center is really thoughtful. Highly recommend this hotel.
