“Spacious house with great access to all major locations in Karuizawa”
Quick communication. We had a change in check-in plan and I asked if we could enter earlier and so they provided the access code a bit earlier than usual. Same thing for check-out, since we have a toddler, we gotta adjust our schedule to his feeding plan so we wanted to stay just a bit longer and they were quick in replying, which I really appreciated. The place was very clean and spacious. Having that small corner for our toddler to sit and play was awesome as well.

We had such a great time staying at Compass Duo.The house was super clean and tip-top — seriously spotless! The response and location was great too, peaceful and convenient. We especially loved the relaxing walks around the area — so pretty and calm. Would definitely recommend it.

overall, we had a good stay. the property was extremely clean and spacious, and there were ample amenities provided, such as a coffee machine, toaster, and complimentary tea and coffee. the dining area is also very spacious with a large table which we really appreciated.

Very clean, tidy, and quiet place with a beautiful environment. Especially suitable for those who enjoy cooking, as a supermarket is only a few minutes' drive away. The house also provides plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances.

“Wonderful apartment for families”
The apartment was about 10-15 minutes drive from the train station, ski resort and shopping areas so I would recommend that you drive. Check-in was easy using a door code. The apartment was well maintained, clean and tidy. The hosts were very responsive. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were cooking our meals most of the time. The rooms were comfortable. We drove to the ski resort everyday which worked well for us.
