“A birdwatchers paradise!”

The location of the house was great. It was a very quiet area. The weather was very poor for our first couple of days, but the sun came out on the last morning, and it was wonderful to sit by the lake and eat breakfast! Make sure to bring binoculars, as we even managed to see some pelicans from the terrace, and lots of other birds. I can imagine in summer it's absolutely ideal!

Everything was clean, comfortable beds, good view and a nice host.

Great stay and remote and very quiet. Our host was very helpful and arranged a boat to take us to the local restaurant. The house is modern and has all you need to self cater so make sure you bring provisions with you as there are no local shops.

Very close to nature, absolutely silence with amazing views of the lake from the window and the terrace. The only sounds you’ll hear are the birds and the crickets! Close enough to Podgorica and other locations, the local village of Karuc has a nice restaurant. Very clean, basic amenities provided and mosquito nets on all windows / doors. (We visited in October so wasn’t a huge problem anyway). Host was really responsive to messages and very easy to communicate with. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay. The road to the property is partially asphalted but more of a track, quite bumpy so drive carefully! We visited in October so it was chilly at night but the AC did a great job of keeping the upstairs / bedroom area nice and warm.

The apartment has everything you need! Very thoughtful hosts! We only stayed a couple of nights and they helped us organize a private boat tour on lake Skadar - trust their recommendations!

We spent 4 nights in Bobija Village and we highly recommend this place especially to people who need to relax in the midst of nature and away from people. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable house with air conditioning. The view from the terrace on Skadar Lake was breathtaking and there was also the possibility of renting a kayak. Great! , The owner was very helpful (thank you for the keys) and trouble-free.Thank you very much for your hospitality!
