“Beautiful villa and Alex was extremely accomodating!”

Easy check in, gorgeous villa, hosts left a range of snacks for us, air con was welcome!

We had a very pleasant stay in Karteros, Crete. The location of the villa was excellent – close to the beach and restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. The property offered convenient private parking, a lovely outdoor terrace, and a well-maintained swimming pool that we truly enjoyed. The interior was nicely arranged and fully equipped, including a functional kitchen and air conditioning in all rooms, which made our stay comfortable, especially during the warmer days. One thing that could be improved is that there was only one bathroom, which can be a bit inconvenient for larger groups or families. Also, it would have been nice if the place had been aired out a bit before our arrival, as it felt a little musty at first. Overall, we really liked our time here and would definitely recommend the place to others – especially for the great location, relaxing atmosphere, view and pool.

Wow...Everything it's hard to put into words really. It was magical & the Villa was a perfect size for a family of 4, everyone had the best time the kids and me and my wife fell in love with this place. We used very inch of the Villa, it was clean, modern, well decorated with lovely furniture, very comfortable and well equipped in every area. On Arrival Alex the host (who was amazing) greeted us and sat for an hour explaining the villa and also local attractions and amenities we should visit / use, he had also filled our fridge with cheese, eggs, bread, ham, food from the bakery loads of bottled water, a full fruit bowl and lots of local wine, Perfect! The pool, BBQ and outside terrace and dining area was the real magical part of the villa. With sea views it was stunning, we used it loads, brand new, clean and you could sit for hours watching the days pass & beautiful sunsets over the bay on a night with a drink in hand. 500 yds from shops, supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, the beach and the local Tavernas (there are some amazing beach bars and restaurants) and whilst we did venture into bustling Heraklion & Hersonissos a few times its a great spot to enjoy the laid back and less tourist area of Karteros and all it had to offer. I can't recommend this place enough, we had an amazing time and we were all very sad when it came to leaving mainly because the villa had become our home and that's the greatest compliment I can pay it. We even got invited to the neighbors wedding reception while we were there! Again Alex wasn't intrusive but was there when we needed anything, taxis, transfers information etc which was so helpful. I will return to Crete, to Karteros and to Villa Armi Amnissos no question. Yamas & Efcharisto to Alex and all the brilliant people who made our holiday so perfect.
