“Great hotel close to the sea and to heraklion”

The staff was very friendly and helped me with everything i needed. The room was clean and smelled nice. The pool was great in windy days. The breakfast was amazing! I think i will return.

I was a guest of this hotel for the second time and decided to stay just there because it's "simply the best" as Tina Turner sings. Family atmosphere, professional staff so helpful and warm, excellent breakfasts, and beautiful beach just around. What more could a man want? I'll be back again.

Nice and clean, comfy bed. Nice pool and sunbeds. There was a great breakfast, lots of choice and all fresh. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the lovely dog!

Stayed there the night before flying home. Very close to the airport and car rental offices. Clean room. Good breakfast. Nice garden with a pool. There is no parking lot inside the hotel, but street parking is plentiful. Very nice local restaurants a few steps from the hotel. The staff was very pleasant and efficient.

Very friendly staff. We stayed for one night after a late flight to Heraklion and we could use the facilities when we went back two weeks later! They also gave us a baby bed for our daughter. Great location near the airport. Taxi’s are everywhere and they charge 18-20 euros.

“A very disappointing stay – cold, noisy, and poor hygiene”

I honestly regret choosing this accommodation for my stay. While the cold and gloomy weather outside certainly didn't help, the internal conditions were the main issue. The biggest problem for me was the bedding. I have a strong aversion to being given old blankets that seem to have been in storage all winter and clearly aren't washed between guests. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the hotel is incredibly noisy. The acoustics are poor, and the sounds from the reception area echoed so loudly it sounded like shouting, which made it very difficult to fall asleep. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Breakfast offered great delicious choices . The room was very comfortable equipped with good (reading) lighting, great stowing facilities and spotless clean. Very comfortable bed. Very easy to relax for the one night. Staff were very friendly and helpful making you feel really looked after. Location very close to Airport was very good for me.

Relaxing by the pool. We enjoyed the cool temperatures. A short walk to the beach. Breakfast buffet offered a large variety of food choices. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Good value for the $.

“Great value for money, would stay there again”

Very friendly and accommodating staff, the hotel exceeded my expectations considering the price. It was extremely convenient for the airport, only 5-6 minutes in the car. The location of the hotel is close to the National road and near to the landing flight path to the airport so there's inevitable noise but it didn't bother us and the convenience of travel time to get to the airport outweighed any issues with noise. There's a great restaurant/taverna next door to the hotel, again very friendly and lovely food. Across from the hotel is ample waist ground where you can park the car. No parking on the actual hotel site which was slightly disappointing but not the end of the world. Beyond this waist ground is a nice is somewhat run down beach. Great for a seaside walk before breakfast. The breakfast was good, plenty of choices and again excellent value for money. We would definitely use the hotel again.
