The villa was pristine and had everything we needed in it, even down to washing tablets, delicious oil from their own olive trees and coffee capsules! Chris was even more amazing- available for anything we needed and he went over and above for us. Would 100% stay again.

The villa was absolutely wonderful, and we felt very comfortable and at home throughout our stay. The house and all the amenities were perfect, and Chris were a fantastic host — very kind and helpful.

Amazing stay – highly recommended! We had a fantastic week! When we arrived, Chris (the host) was there to welcome us and immediately took the time to explain everything so we could make the most of our stay. He was extremely friendly and helpful. To our surprise, the fridge was already stocked with essentials like orange juice, beer, eggs, and sandwich toppings — such a thoughtful touch! Halfway through the week, he even offered a cleaning service, which we really appreciated. The house itself was perfect: the jacuzzi and pool were wonderful, and we even got to enjoy a barbecue. We truly had an amazing holiday and can’t thank Chris enough for the great experience. Highly recommended!

The property was very nice, spacious and clean , with lovely grounds and so many different places to sit outside, we loved the hot tub and the host Chris and his father nikos were the best hosts ever so generous and kind and nothing was too much trouble for them, if you wanted to know something they would get back to you straight away and even got us meat for the bbq and left us plenty of food on arrival, we would love to come back, we have never had such lovely hosts

Upon arrival the owner Christos was waiting for us, he was incredibly nice and helpful. He showed us everything we needed and after a few minutes we really felt here like at home. There was plenty of fresh food waiting for us in the fridge, which we have never experienced anywhere before and it was very nice. Total privacy, amazing pool, barbecue, outdoor hot tub and pool table, incredible relaxation which we will definitely want to repeat.

We stayed here as a group of 10 in early August for 10 nights. This villa is absolutely stunning and has spotlessly clean grounds. We were greeted by the owner early hours of the morning the day we landed and he couldn’t have been more welcoming. They had pre filled the fridge with food and drink which meant we didn’t need to panic and get to the shops until we had settled and rested. The pool was a generous size and even when we were all in there it felt non crowded. Sun bathing and seating areas were spacious and well equipped. The owner was only a text or call away if we needed information and we could access a cleaner as often as we wanted her to come in. They also gave us gifts of food throughout our stay which was such a lovely touch. There is a bus stop just outside the villa which we used to get into Heraklion town in the evening for restaurants and bars then used an Uber type app to cab home easily at the end. There is a lovely beach 10 mins walk from the villa with bars and coffee shops. You can also get a bus from outside to Lidl for a big shop. Would highly recommend this villa we had an amazing stay thank you so much!

Spacious inside and outside. So many things to do to occupy yourself and to relax from swimming, hot tub, pool, table tennis, football and playing with the PS5. The property was beautiful and there was everything you needed for home away from home.

5 star service. Blue Green Villa is a beautiful property set in lovely grounds. The pool area was fantastic, lots of space both in the shade and in the sun. The sun beds were comfy and in excellent condition. The bedrooms were comfy, modern and all had air conditioning as were the bathrooms. The kitchen was high spec and very well equipped. The fridge provided filtered water and ice and there was filtered water on tap.

Beautiful, large villa, very well maintained with extensive grounds and facilities. Met by our host Chris on arrival, he took the time to show us around and gave us a full explanation of the facilities and a very generous welcome package which was very much appreciated as we arrived very close to midnight!! As a host, Chris went above and beyond to make our holiday as problem free and memorable as possible.

It's one of the best places I've been so far via booking.com. Host greeted us with warm welcome. The place is huge, 1 twin and 4 double bedrooms plus 3 big couches in livingrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped. The pool area is also well thought through with the sitting area in the shade. Heraklion airport is close, but the airplanes do not bother when you close the windows, so you can have a quiet sleep. 15min walk to the beach

“Perfect in every way.”

The villa is simply fantastic. Our hosts couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. The rooms are spacious, very clean and very well equipped. The kitchen is high spec - the fridge freezer is amazing with filtered water and ice on tap! The sink also has filtered chilled water from the tap. We didn't use the living space as spent all our time outside, but the living space is lovely. The gardens and pool were just fabulous. We felt very secure at night time and it was very peaceful. We weren't affected at all by noise from the airport even though we did hear the planes. The whole party (group of 5 female friends) loved it and would definitely be back. Highly recommended!

This place was amazing and truly exceeded our expectations! Very nice and spacious, clean, very well equiped. Super friendly, welcoming and helpful host - can do anything for you! Nice pool, outdoor terraces (few of them!!!), grilling area. Location is quite remote, but still walking distance from the beach, small grocery shops, bakery, few restaurants.

Best accomodation I have ever visited, all was very clean, luxury furnished and new! Spacious villa with big yard and swimming pool, very close to airport, Heraklion and beach! Very thankful to our host Chris for his kindness and all the compliments we received - fruits, food and drinks! It was a really wonderful surprise for us!
