“Beautiful apartment and only a 15 min walk to central Fira. Thank you!”
The apartment was stunning, in a quiet part of Karterados, but there were some cafes and bakery close by. Short walk to Fira central. Safe and clean. Apart from 1 bedroom without aircon it was just perfect.

“Perfect for a one week stay”
First floor (one floor up from ground floor, that is) 2-bedroom apartment 15 to 20 minute's walk from Fira with spacious terrace with distant sea views. Silent neighborhood. Spacious bedrooms. Comfortable beds.

“Great location and plenty of space to relax.”
A great apartment that is a short walk to restaurants/cafes, supermarket and bus stops. A reasonably short, easy walk to Fira as well, (15 -20 minutes). We found the location a good centre to explore the island. Very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom and fluffy towels. Good little kitchen and a few coffee pods provided which was a nice touch. A nice outdoor terrace space (we had a ground floor apartment). Nice and cool inside. Quiet and private.

“Nice and convenient place but…”
Fairly located in the island, at a somewhat walking distance to Fira, this apartment is spacious for 2 but can afford 3 persons. It is clean, well equipped (looks like a relatively new construction) and clam. The cleaning has been done after 2 days in, which is a plus. There are restaurants and shops around which is convenient for a stay. All in all, still a good value for the money if the cons are not dealbreakers for you.

“Lovely property and comfortable stay”
The apartment we stayed at, Elia Residences, was on the ground floor and was very spacious, with separate living and bedroom areas. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fine. It also had a nice private patio. The apartments weren't far from Fira and were within walking distance. There was also a bus stop on the main road which takes you to Fira, so getting around was easy.

“Very kind host”
The host, Nikos, was super friendly. He helped us out when our ferry to Santorini was cancelled and gave us valuable information about the island (must see locations & how to get there with local busses). The accommodation was very nice.

“Great accommodation!”
Elia Residences are extremely spacious apartments, with separate living and bedroom. They are clean and well-equipped and our host made us very welcome. We were assisted in hiring private transport and transfers, and were given lots of tips for what to do during our time in Santorini. The apartments aren't far from Fira, but we found the best way to get around was by ATV or car from the apartments.

Nikos is the best host ever! He started being always available and helpful as soon as I booked my trip to Santorini, giving me perfect advices on what to visit and where to go to eat, beaches, etc. The apartment was great, perfect air conditioning, comfortable bed, perfect bathroom and cobfortabke kitchen, and also a nice private terrace. The position was perfect to go everywhere on the island with a motorbike or a car. I would definitely go to Elias apartments again!

The apartment was beautiful, modern and clean with a great terrace that had a view across the rooftops to the Mediterranean. Nikos, our host, who met us at the property, was very helpful and easy to contact. It is in a convenient location to good public transport, restaurants, supermarket, doctors and even a hospital. I can highly recommend the apartment and Santorini.
