The place was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. The rooms were cleaned daily, breakfast was very tasty, and all facilities were excellent. Claudio was extremely friendly, helpful, and always easy to contact whenever we needed assistance. We especially appreciated his help with local recommendations and arranging taxi rides on our last day at a very reasonable price. We also enjoyed the balcony views, comfortable sleep & air conditioning worked well. The location is peaceful and away from the crowds. The Fira bus station is about a 15–20 minute walk. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property.

Everything,claudio,the owner,was very kind and open to suggest you how to move and where to go,room had every comfort,such as air conditioning,tv and a private pool with terrace and sunbeds,i would definitely reccomend it,also the position was 15 min by foot from Thira,that means you have the quiet and privacy that you cant easily find in the centre,but you are also very close to visit there and go out for dinner at night

“5 star villas”
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at grascio villas The location was perfect—convenient and accessible, making our trip seamless. What truly stood out was the staff big shoutout to claudio, he couldn’t do enough for you but they were all exceptional, so attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. A special highlight was their kindness in allowing us to stay until 9pm on the day of our flight, making our departure stress-free. Their hospitality and generosity made all the difference. The location is perfect as it’s only a 10 minute walk to Thira. During the stay we had the breakfast which is only €5pp and it was excellent. The villas will also give you contacts on private taxi companies that will take you to and from the airport in a Mercedes transfer. I honestly cannot fault this villa at all! It’s all brand new, smart TV in the room so you can watch your own shows & the most comfy bed. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service and a welcoming atmosphere. Five stars all around, I can’t wait to book again.

“A perfect home to relax after a day of exploring the island!”
It’s very clean and new! It’s a 5-10 minute drive to Fira and 5 minutes to Karterados town. It was convenient coz we had a car. But if you don’t have it, the bus stop is a 10-min walk. Claudio was very responsive and took care of our needs. The lady who brought breakfast and cleaned the villa everyday is so kind. The breakfast is almost the same everyday but it was always more than enough for us. The hot tub is perfect too, especially that the wind has become a bit cooler at night.
