“If you want to stay in Kars....”

The ground floor is like a 3 bedroom apartment with one en suite bedroom and one communal bathroom. It is in a quiet street in the centre of Kars. Sometimes, an extra apartment in the garden is available.

Deniz is superfriendly and helps you with everything. She is like a friend. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The house is in a small and quiet street and guarded by a very friendly dog. There is parking in the small street. The rooms are on the ground floor where there is also a kitchen and a communal bathroom. The third bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Deniz has her own entrance. The house is close to restaurants and shops and some nice coffee places. Tea and coffee are also available in the kitchen..

Deniz is lovely and did everything to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with onward travel plans. She even got me a birthday cake. The room was very clean and with a comfortable bed. The location is very good for central Kars. We enjoyed meeting other guest in the shared kitchen. I would definitely book this again.

“Perfect accomodation, don’t be put off by outside appearances”

Extremely helpful & friendly owner who speaks good English. We arrived in a small laneway in what looks like a derelict area. Deniz , the owner, met us at the door. The rooms are spotless and comfy, not fancy, but everything u need. There is a share kitchen ( we had to ourselves as no-one else there), washing machine ( extra charge). Perfect for 1 night stay in Kars. We went to Hanimeli restaurant close by which Deniz recommended . We had the local goose speciality which was delicious. Deniz gave us some good recommendations for onward travel resulting in us changing plans which was absolutely perfect.

“A warm welcome and a clean and cozy environment:)”

We loved everything about this property but most of all the host Deniz. She is an absolutely lovely person and an excellent host, she helped us with organising a tour to Lake Çıldır, gave us some excellent recommendations of places to eat food and helped us with getting to the correct bus station (as we were going to Georgia after and our tickets had the wrong address on them.) and with anything we needed :) Staying here feels like staying at an old friend/family members house :) The house itself is beautifully decorated and very very clean, it has everything you need; clean comfortable beds (I had the best sleep of my stay in Turkey so far here), soft clean towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, conditioner, slippers, water bottles and free wifi. We felt incredibly comfortable and safe here thanks to Deniz and would definitely return again. She gives some excellent recommendations of places to eat and places to see, we just wish that we had stayed longer than two nights and that we’d booked the tour to Ani through her as she is very helpful with organising tours/taxis. She also speaks very good English and so even though we don’t speak Turkish, we had no problems at all thanks to Deniz :) 10/10

We loved staying here, a much more personal experience during a long trip. Learned a lot about the region and enjoyed spending time chatting over tea! Great location and we were able to arrange a taxi easily for a day trip. Cosy room (we were there in January) and comfy too. Would love to stay in the the room in the backyard next time! Loved to meet your dogs, too <3

The host, Deniz is really helpful and always ready for help. She is like a big sister, caring and thoughtful. It is a wonderful memory for me and definitely will visit her again.

We loved staying with Deniz! She is an amazing host who took care of every detail for us :) she helped us with transport, with sorting out our itinerary, with reservations and recommendations, and for anything we needed Deniz was always available! Apart from that Deniz makes excellent fresh breakfast which is delicious and not to be missed! It is a pleasure to chat with her too and experience her kindness and love of dogs! The room is very well kept, clean and all that is needed is made available! Location is very central. Definitely recommend!

My host Deniz created a warm and friendly atmosphere and took care of me during my stay. The food, the room, all the facilities were excellent. Several friemdly dogs live in Deniz's garden, their affection makes the stay even nicer. The place feels like home, highly recommended.
