“Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable!”
It was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though we did need to use Google translate. The gentleman at the front desk helped organise a taxi to take us to the Ani ruins, wait for us, and then take us back to the hotel! Breakfast was included but we decided to go out for breakfast, so can’t really say how it was.

Very central, friendly helpful staff. Let me check out later and didn't charge. Helped with getting around showed me where to get the bus. Actually walked me to and made sure I was in the right bus! Water cooler you can use to fill up your water bottle.

There are two locations. The ‘official’ one looks good. Unfortunately, I was in the ‘neighbouring building’ about 3 minutes' walk away. There is no hotel advertised there. The reception is a small table in the stairwell. The lights flickered at night and didn't work at all the next day. The toilet flush did not work. Then a door lock was also broken. That was absolutely out of the question. The staff was a young lad who was extremely annoyed. Had to spend ages discussing the problems. It was very tedious. If you're in a normal hotel, it might be okay. But this category B location is a scandal.

“Overall OK”
Nice and quiet and always warm. The staff, although didn't speak any English tried their best to help and gave chi for free when we came back.

“Fine for a one night stay.”
The room was small but adequate for a one night stay. Bed was comfy & clean bathroom. Reception made a very welcome cup of coffee when I arrived at 2:30am. Breakfast was fine. Great one night stay. Thanks
