Nice villa in a quiet village. The pleasant and hospitable hosts live on the ground floor, and if you need anything you can contact them directly.The apartment is fully equipped: from a coffee machine to a washing machine. Each room has a air conditioning.To stay in the villa you must have a car, a not bad sandy beach is 20 minutes away in Messini (Buka beach).For shopping you need to go to Kalamata.

“Villa Karpofora review”
We had a great stay at villa Karpofora. The house is beautiful, has everything you need. The view from the terrace is spectacular. It was a great spot to chill out in the evenings. The hosts, which are leaving downstairs, are very kind and welcoming people. It was a pleasure to meet them... I would highly recommend the place. Thank you for everything !

Excellent villa in a quiet village. The hosts downstairs are very friendly and lets you enjoy the place without any interferences. Well equipped and excellent shady terraces.

“One week of peaceful stay”
Karpofora villa includes two totaly separate acomodations at one villa. Lovely ,almost luksiourius property is located on top floor with 2 bedrooms,lovely kitchen,living room ,bathroom and veranda.Amazing peaceful location with stunning views . Property has everything you need ,including washing machine and dishwasher. Beds are very comfortable , lovely kitchen allows you total self catering however there are some lovely taverns in all villages close by. The owners welcomed us with tasty cake, fruits and bottle of wine .Really nice and kind people ,who will make your stay very special. They are living in the ground floor flat of Karpofora villa. At villa- there is always hot water, good quality free wi-fi and secure car space in the shadow.
