Overview
Situated in the mountain village of Karpenisi, Semeli Guesthouse offers traditional accommodation with views over Karpenisi and Koniskos Mountain. It has a bar and a living area with fireplace. “Great room and view, great location, great hosts !”
The fireplace! Super easy to use, clean and prepared from the very helpful and polite owners Evi and Nikos! When we needed, they went out of their way to help us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible! It is very convenient that you do not need the car to go to the centre, just a few minutes walk and there is also stairs to cut short the distance.

“Great view, comfort and value.”
The owner is very friendly and the location gives beautiful views over the town and the surrounding mountains. The town centre is a 10-minute walk away but it is steep. We had a spacious and comfortable room (with tea, coffee and toasted sandwich making facilities) and a big balcony on which to enjoy those views. Easy parking on road outside the hotel.

The location was perfect for exploring local monastery and had lots of adventure activities nearby if one chose. The rainy weather prevented us. The hosts were warm and welcoming and gave great advice re restaurants and places to visit.

Cosy guesthouse, with stunning views towards the mountains. Comfortable rooms, nicely decorated, equipped with fireplace. Just 5' walk from town centre. Plenty of parking space in the street in front of the guesthouse.

The owners are very kind people. The location is good, with always available free parking on the road. The room is very large and the fireplace is great. The view from the balcony was terrific.
