Very well designed big room with better than usual amenities, like the minibar. Good restaurant and bar. In the shopping area with parking nearby.

“Perfect hotel, would highly recommend”
Perfect location in the centre of Karlstad with parking nearby, incredibly clean, beautifully decorated which was a nice change from the more corporate hotels we’d stayed in before here, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

We did not arrive until after 10pm thanks to SJ railway and the bar staff Jorgen and Rasmus were outstanding as they made a chess and meat platter for us.

Great location in the center of Karlstad. Walking distance from the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast had a very good variety and was all fresh. We used the bar and the restaurant, and they were both excellent. The spa was very pleasant and a great space to relax.

Exceptional hotel, newly remodelled with a wonderful contemporary art déco style. Large bathroom with lots of natural light, great amenities, very comfortable bed. Great, truly great breakfast. Why are not all hotels like Hotel Fratelii?
