Great hotel, just a few minutes walk from train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food for dinner and breakfast excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.

“In front of the hotel is having big construction block entrance”

Firstly I think the hotel should tell us there is big construction right in front of the entrance, it makes us very troublesome of carry luggage & parking also an issue. At night there is loud music playing clearly hear from our room, lucky it stop after 10.30pm. The good thing is dining area is beautiful as shown in photos.

Only one elevator for at big hotel. The second elevator was “done” as I was told. Staying on 5th floor with a dog, lot of equipment for skiing, suitcase etc. I needed to pendle between room and car to emotionel the car at arrival - and the same when leaving. This is the main reason for my not very good rating. And the road in front of hotel was under construction, so very difficult to have the car close when arriving and leaving !

Nice location

Except parking everything was good with our stay. Due to construction in that street parking was not available you have to park the car with your own.

The hotel itself and service were tremendous! We had a blast as a family of 5 with 3 kids. The evening buffet was simple but very good. Breakfast buffet was also good and had many choices to choose from. We'll be back!

This is my first time to experience home hotel, all the staff were very friendly, afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast all included.

Clean rooms with good bathroom, nice bed, reasonable prices, sauna and whirlpool available, good breakfast, location smack in the middle of town right next to the train station. And nice staff. Recommended.

Excellent staff, very good breakfast, decent evening meal included, good rooftop jacuzzi, gym and sauna. Very near station and town centre.

Great accomodation, very reccomended. Arrived by car : there is a private garage in front of the Hotel with a specific tariff for hotel guests; there is also a public open-air parking in the nearby which is cheaper (I used EasyPark app to pay). Perfect room and private bathroom. Great buffet at breakfast, and also the dinner (included in the room price) was great.

“Great staff makes a great stay”

We usually use this hotel as a stopover to avoid driving for too many hours and it is always great. This time we were late and would have missed dinner, but Alice, the receptionist, called us, saved us some food and took care of us when we arrived late and tired. Location is nice, the beds are comfortable and breakfast is great. The staff is the best and the reason why we keep coming back every year.
