Terrible very dirty

Just location

The staff were kind and helpful. Even when returning late at night, there was someone at reception to assist me. The breakfast was splendid.

I liked the location. It was very close to everything I needed and wanted to see during my stay.

Good hotrl, when you need parking place for your big car with ski, when you travel 2 days. Each one almostc1 000 km

Good value breakfast. It’s directly opposite the Stadt Theater.

“A rip off”

The hotel is decapitated and not maintained. The rooms are not clean, with dirt and dust on the room edges. The advertised facilities such as the gym and sauna are in horrible shape and should not be used. There are gaps in door fittings, allowing anyone to peep inside the room. Especially considering the rooms are pretty expensive for the city. This place is a rip off.

The place was okay but the hotel continuously does not reply to my email about receiving the invoice for the stay, even as during my stay they said that they will email it (5 days passed since my initial stay)

“Bedbugs”

Bed bugs on my bed, full house so couldn’t get a new room, still no money back from the owner of the place (already 8 days have passed). Very bad experience. At least the stuff was kind and understanding.

Amazing Staff Great Location Large Room Comfy Bed Sauna

Staff were friendly, room was clean and quiet with a lovely high ceiling which kept it cooler. Awesome location next to a shopping mall and super market and 10 minutes walk to the Pakace.

24 hours reception and a friendly staff. Booked late after midnight and they quickly confirmed it. Spacious room.

“Amazing hotel”

Since we arrived at the hotel the reception staff was very friendly and advised us on different activities to do. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of products and it is located in an accessible place to enjoy.

Nice and warm environment, though a little old structure

Beds were not initially separated as we required 2 single beds. The staff was nice to separate them and provide additional covers. All the staff was very nice and helpful, specially the person of the night shift and the one who let us one additional hour without paying. The breakfast was very nice and delicious with different options.
