“Check the Check in location”

Good location,beautiful rooms

I must say I am very disappointed in my stay. The whole apartment smelled really bad because there was still trash from previous guests.We opened windows and balcony and smell wouldn’t go away and it was gross! Also there is clearly sign that you can smoke on balcony and on the table outside you also have ashtray.When I asked if the smoking is allowed on the balcony the answer was “The entire building is a non-smoking building and smoking it not alloewed on the balcony unfortunaltely.” So I don’t understand that? And now the worst part is situation what happened the day of our stay. Me and my partner checked in around 18:00-18:30 o clock.Later around 22:00 we went outside turned lights and closed front door I checked if I did because they are quite hard to close! We were out for about 20 minutes max 30 we came back to opened front doors of our apartment and lights turned on? Since we were apartment 002 the apartment next to us 001 was also opened doors but lights off! We got really concerned and felt unsafe but we went inside and checked if something from our stuff was missing because we left all our stuff there (wallets,laptop etc) but luckily nothing was taken.While we stayed there for couple minutes we heard the doors from first apartment get closed? I decided to call number that was in the contact here on the site.Then they told me they will call me back since I think they didn’t speak English.Really nice lady called me back and I proceeded to explain the whole situation. She said that it’s someone coming check if everything is fine.Then also asked if something was taken? (why would you ask if something is taken if you are sure that someone came to check from your employees?).She then proceeded to say it’s definitely someone from people who come check if everything is fine.But also if it is why would you not close the doors since people can have valuables inside? Thats just not professional at all.

The initial unit we were allocated wasn’t as per the booking we made. The bed was against the wall in a very small bedroom making it impossible to get in and out. On contacting the booking agent, Jasmine arranged for another room which was as per the booking and more suitable. This was done quickly. As a rental, some lounge furniture needed cleaning but otherwise good. Locked garage was a bonus.

The apartment is definitely wonderful, the bed is super comfortable, it has everything you need to stay there for many days, the staff is incredible, the cleaning lady is a very honest person, at the time of my departure I forgot my money in the kitchen and when I returned it was complete, everything was very clean.

Very new confortable appartment in a residential neighborhood. Very clean and quiet place, also good for max. 2 people for a longer stay.

not very convenient to pick up the keys from apartments but everything is ok

Very clean and comfortable nice apartment only thing I's the key and code is 20 mins return from your apartment in another district not good if you don't have car to get key and code .

Kitchen very good .Only thing missing was an oven, but otherwise everything you need. Bathroom/shower also very good . Parking is a must and should be booked.
