Good location. Spacious and comfortable room as well as beds. Excellent breakfast. There is a tram passing by the hotel, which makes noise, so the hotel provides earplugs, which is very nice.

The checkin was poorly described. I arrived late, could not enter my room and was treated very unprofessionally by a service person by phone. Instead of helping me to get in (which they couldn’t because obviously they had never been at the hotel) they blamed me and basically called me stupid. After solving the issue myself the stay was ok.

“nice place in a convenient location”
The hotel has very good breakfasts. It is very close to the train station. The rooms are clean. We did the check-in with the code from email. In general, we are very happy about the stay.

“Great position and price”
Absolutely happy with out stay! The room was spacious and renovated. We had mini fridge, kettle, tea, coffee. The bed was comfortable. Overall the position is great - 18 min walk to the train station and maybe 10-15 to the center. We were surprised by the lovely breakfast and the staff were super nice.

“Great stay. Easy check in. Lovely breakfast.”
Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of options and friendly service. Check in was easy, using an electronic keypad. This is the second time we have stayed at Hotel Astoria, whilst travelling through Germany. We would definitely stay again.
