“Great service and great location.”
The room was very comfortable. Staff were great, very helpful. We arrived early and it was no problem storing our bags while we explored Karlskrona. Great bathroom, comfortable bed and great breakfast with views across the town square. It was a relatively easy walk from the train station (10-15 minutes, uphill for the last bit). It is located right in the centre of town so restaurants and bars are just outside the door. The hotel had its only lovely little bar by reception.

I specifically asked about noise and for a quite room. They said it was fine, but the pub opposite the hotel played loud music until 01:00 and the windows of the hotel is old and offers no noise reduction. Information the hotel had when they answered me, hence they are not trustworthy.

Lovely classic Swedish “Stadshotell”. Very convenient location. Easy to park. Breakfast excellent. Great staff. We felt very welcomed and cared for, especially by Signe.

Beautiful old building which is pretty well maintained. The staff members I spoke to were super friendly. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and the breakfast excellent. Plenty of (paid) nearby parking in the central location that the hotel is located.

“Worth to stay”
We were passing by town and decided to stay for a night at this hotel. It was worth it. I can say that : location in the centre , staff was friendly and nice , our room was cosy, we had a dog with us and he got his bowls and bed, breakfast was tasty.
