To be precise the building number is : 10 c. Not 10. 10 is the smaller neighbouring building with huge mural with Nicola Tesla. Opposite twin tower to 10c is 8 c across the street, Just for better orientation.

“Exceptionally clean and comfortable.”
The apartment was exceptionally clean. Very comfortably appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Terrace off the kitchen was such a lovely surprise. Little extras much appreciated.

The stay was successful. Very good location, 40 min d Zagreb which was important for us because we participated in the World Dog Show. The price/quality ratio was adequate the property has a super terrace with beautiful views.

“The very much perfect place to stay in Karlovac !”
The very much perfect place to stay in Karlovac! A so much nice, quiet, clean, heartful decorated, central place, supermarkets are very near, about 15 minutes to walk from the central bus station. The owner is so much friendly and helpful and surprised me again with a bottle of wine, coffee/tea, and candies. There’s a beautiful panorama of Karlovac, high up, from the 11th floor. I heartly recommend this place to all travelers and I will come back and stay there again when I’m again in Karlovac.

“recommend it for travellers with car”
we stay in room #3. everything is wonderful. terrace is veryyy big and nice. room is not hot at all and if you will use AC it will be even cool. dish-washing machine adds some comfort. bathroom is bit and has enough of light. parking is good. general location of appartment is very nice: close to everything and far from rush & noise. its only 10 min driving to Jaz Beach which is very nice, also other beaches are maximum 25 min by car p.s we travelled with car so its good if you have no car it will be rather far to go to Budva city centrr and beach, also you will need to go Up-Hill rather long on the way back.

The accommodation has comfortable beds, a beautiful balcony, a clean kitchen, soft sofas, and air conditioning. Clean and tidy, with everything we need for travel, we will still choose to live here next time.

The apartment location is close to the bus station like around 750m/10 min walk. There is a Spar supermarket closeby like 800 or 900m. It's a studio but also penthouse independent from other houses in the building. It is equipped with a full fledged kitchen and all the required amenities. The view is amazing. The host was very helpful and the checkin and checkout was very smooth. The apartment is equipped with everything required to live either for short or long term. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Zagreb or Karlovac. Zagreb is like 50 mins by Bus. When I travel again, I would prefer to stay at the same place.
