“Big disappointment”
We made a reservation on same day and didn't get any confirmation. As we were unsure about the booking, we tried to reach the hotel by SMS and phone witn no answer. We didn't want to drive 100kms, so we made another reservation. We have tried to contact the hotel for several times without any luck. They have never replied to our messages. However the hotel has charged us. We are very disappointed to this procedure.
