“Great location in a comfortable apartment with wonderful hosts. Perfect, really.”

Where do I start? On arrival, we instantly liked the look of the property. We were met by one of our hosts (Yiannis) who showed us around. The view from the apartment was stunning, and the room was comfortable and well laid out, including some cold drinks in the fridge. The following morning, we met our other host Cindy, and together they gave us some really useful tips on where to eat, what to see and the best place to go shopping. By the end of the week, they felt like good friends and really made our holiday one of the best we've had.

The location, cleanliness, and the room itself were absolutely perfect. Cindy and her husband were so lovely! If we ever visit again, we will definitely choose to stay here. Our room had a stunning view, and it was brand new and sparkling clean. Cindy and her husband's treats were also a very sweet touch.

Cindy and Yiannis are exceptional hosts, warm, attentive, and full of helpful tips about the island that truly made our trip. Any needs we had were addressed immediately and without hassle. The location is a quiet and scenic with a great sea view from the balcony, yet only 10-15 minutes by car from Chios town. Central location also makes it easier to explore both north and south parts of the island. Highly recommended!..

Very clean. Attentive and very welcoming warm hosts. Wonderful view. The studio has everything you need. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. Kitchen is excellent. Well equipped and spacious. Furniture and equipments are new and clean. It was very nice that our room was cleaned everyday. It was a great pleasure to have your breakfast in the balcony or have drinks in the evening. Such a nice pleasure to wake up to the sound of waves. All in all, we had a very comfortable and pleasurable stay. Would love to return.

Cindy and her husband were such warm and welcoming hosts. Even though it was the end of the season, they were always ready to help and answered all our questions. Since most restaurants were closed, they kindly found and shared the ones that were still open and really nice. The location was perfect, the house felt like home, and it had everything we needed. We’re especially grateful for the lovely gifts they gave us when we were leaving — such a thoughtful touch!

The very warm welcome from the owners when we arrived. Everything we could want in the apartment, including drinks in the fridge. Plenty of advice and support with places to go and things to see, especially restaurants. Fabulous ancient villages to visit.

Amazing place and stunning views. Flat is big, bright and clean. Cindy and Yiannis are fantastic guys, kind, friendly, helpful, cheerful, lovely guys all around.. They make you feel like at home. We love them and will be coming back in the future. Thank you so much indeed.

Although we checked in late in the evening, we were welcomed very warmly and sincerely. We were even asked if we needed anything before going to the hotel. The view we woke up in the morning was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and spacious. There is a beach right in front of it and the sea is very clean. Everything was thought of in the kitchen. There was also internet and smart TV. During the day, we went to the market on foot, but when we contacted the hotel at the point where we could not find a taxi for the city center, they said that we were coming immediately, and they took us to the city center and our belongings to our room. The things that needed to be put in the refrigerator were placed in the refrigerator. They took care of us immediately when we needed something. A hotel run by a very sweet couple. If we go again, we will stay in the same place 🤗 we were between two hotels, good thing we chose you 🧡 even on the last day, they left us where we wanted and gave us small gifts ☺️

we stayed for 5 nights. Very clean, central,comfortable room with a wonderful sea view. The room was cleaned every day. Coffe machine and kettle available at the room. Cindy also provided us coffee capsules, tea, refreshments and also a bottle of ouzo as a gift. Cindy and Iannis are great hosts and very helpful, lovely people. Thw room is meters away from Karfas beach which is the nicest beach at the island in my opinion. we highly recommend Sideratos apartments. PS. you can watch Netflix at the tv in the room if you have a netflix account.

A super run appartment on the end of Karfas beach..... Everything was super with lovely hosts who we also sat and talked to like freinds. Cindy and Yannis are a really nice couple who like to talk and help you. The appartment was spotless clean with a lovely view of the sea. For a couple who like peace and quiet this is 100% for you.

The view was amazing, it was a very peaceful place. The apartments belong to a lovely couple. They were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and cozy. It has everything you need.

It was a perfect apartment with a great sea view, clean and there was everything you need for a summer holiday. Because of being an apartment I was not expecting house clean but it was and it was also good. Balcony was very good with table and umbrella. Also huge full windows can be closed with automatic shutters. Mosquito net was a plus for us. You will be getting a service of 2-3 stars hotel from an apartment (with towels, house cleaning, espresso machine with with coffee capcules...) Cindy and her husband were great hosts, it was quite nice to sit and chat with them. If I will be going Chios again, it will be my address again. Hotel is in Karfa which I have found better than Chios Center. Chios Center is crowded and not good for swimming. Karfa sea was good but for me it is too shallow. It would be better for families with children. But I can say there are lots of good beaches nearby if you have a car and lots of good places to eat also. It is also really close to Chios center to find whatever you need in Chios.
