“Central Location with a Great Restaurant, but a Few Downsides”
The location is very central, and having a lovely restaurant right downstairs is a big advantage. Everything we tried at the restaurant was genuinely delicious, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. Free parking is a plus.

“Very good place to stay”
A very nice place. Food in the restaurant was very good. Sea and beach were great. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We were very comfortable with 2 children. We will definitely come again. Thank you.

“Best choice ever! Already booked my next stay there”
Great location, on the sandy beach. Clean big rooms, everything was working perfectly, had small kitchenette which was unexpected, big balcony, friendly staff, the food at the restaurant was very tasty, had additional menu that changed every day. Amazing value for money both the rooms and the restaurant, we paid around 45 euro for 3 people salad starters main and drinks

We stay only Karatzas At Chios .It was our first hotel at Chios now become 6th at these June.Stayed at Seaview Rooms and Side Seaview Rooms.All was good.Rooms always very clean.Hotel at beach and very good Restaurant serving not only Tourists but local people.There are near other restaurants and markets for shopping and big Markets like Lidl & My Market at 5 km distance.
