Location is great. İt is near the Karfas beach and my children loved beach. You can go everywhere you want with your car. It is also clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect! We went to other beaches but Karfas beach is more than enough, you just walk 2 minutes to the beach. The room has everything you need, very comfortable, lots of cupboards, great balconies and views! We were 2 couples and 1 baby. The apartment was perfect for us. We had our breakfast in the room and went to explore the island every day.

Good location in Karfas. Staff was amazing, smiling to us every time and very helpful for all our requests. A/C working very well. Rooms are enough big. Kitchen with needful stuff if you want to prepare meal.

The location, hotel, rooms, and other things were great. The staff was amazing. Cleanliness is not their strongest point, but the rooms were comfortable, the kitchen materials were new, and each room had an air conditioner. The location is close to the beach, which is quite comfortable; you can always go back to your room from the beach to rest or take anything from the room. We will definitely stay again in the hotel next time we are in Chios.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed as a family of four, the rooms were spacious enough to accommodate us all. With air conditioning working perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped also with a big fridge. There was a dining table for 4 in the open space living area as well as another dining table on the balcony. The beach was very close, a short walk of a few minutes. Nice restaurants and a few markets nearby were also other benefits. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely consider staying there next time.

The apartment was well furnished and clean. The receptionist and all staff were very kind and went above and beyond to help us. Overall, a great place to stay.

Friendliness of the personel, location, very helpful reception. They suggest us a nearby restaurant and their suggestion was great. The restaurant turned out to be one of the best restaurants on the island. They also answer all of our questions and guide us about the sites that we must see around the island and all suggestions were spot on. They also upgrade us since the hotel was empty due to the season. The room was very comfortable as well. All amenities were almost brand new.
