“Perfect in every way!”

It had everything we needed for our short stay. Was so clean and comfortable. Bathroom was modern and shower was great. It was so conveniently placed in kardamena. We have been many times and this was the first time staying here and would definitely come back again.

Basic but spotless. Maid in every day. Pool great as was food at pool bar. Dino and Billy very helpful and friendly. Two balconies in our apartment , two bedrooms each with safe and air conditioning.

Very central location, close to the beach, restaurant, bars and shops. Nice pool and bar. Good food at the pool bar. Friendly staff, clean facilities, cold fridge for drinks. Our studio had two balconies which were great for drying beach towels etc.

“Exceptional family-run apartments with spotless rooms, amazing hosts, and the perfect location”

This was our first visit to Zouboulia Apartments. We have travelled to many resorts on different Greek islands, and this is by far the most exceptional hotel for the money. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The hosts really couldn’t have done more for us. We were met (after a late flight) by Dino with four ice-cold bottles of water. Dino, Billy, and their mother/mother-in-law were all so lovely. We had some really great chats with them and learned a lot about the island and local politics. The lady didn’t speak English, but we were always greeted with a warm smile whenever we saw her around the apartments. It’s a real family place, and it was so lovely to see them having lunch together with their children during the day. The pool is the cleanest we’ve seen, and sunbeds cannot be reserved for more than 30 minutes, so there were always beds available. The poolside food is well-priced and delicious. Breakfast and lunch were both perfect. The maids came daily, and there was such lovely attention to detail—like laying my eye mask on my pillow and neatly stacking our small change left out on the table. The area is perfect: just a short stroll to the beach and shops, with a supermarket and an excellent bakery around the corner. I’d also like to address a previous comment about the rooms being accessible from the street. I have never stayed in a hotel or apartment that wasn’t accessible from the street in some way. The owners are there until 1 a.m., and they are literally across the road. There are also security cameras in the corridors, and we never once felt unsafe

Nice clean room, there was everything we needed. Aircon was working fine and was included in a price, in some places you have to pay separately. We were a bit afraid of a noise from the street (right on the opposite side is karaoke bar), but balcony door were cancelling all the noise. We recommend this accomodation :)

Centrally located, clean apartment. Beautiful and quiet pool area with one of the nicest pools we've had. The cafe bar serves fab breakfasts and lunches. All staff really friendly. Excellent air conditioning and now the safes are in the room which was great. Big fridge. Big screen in the bar area. Hope to come back next year.

The place is very nicely located, super central but outside of the noise. The rooms are spacious and clean! And don't be fooled by the pictures online, all rooms are fully renovated and new!
